RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is the procedure for return?

If you have received any damaged, defective or wrong items sold by eindiwholesale.com and you want to replace it? 

  • Jewelleries at eindiawholesale.com are tested by professionals (quality checker) at various levels but in case you get damaged, defective or wrong item eindiawholesale has a return policy for its customers. 
  • Customers can register their return request within 7 days after parcel is delivered to you. Please call us on 0141-4901547 or email us at support@eindiawholesale.com with your order ID before sending shipment back to us. Our customer representatives will coordinate with you regarding your query and register your complaint. Returning order without our approval will not be accepted.

Note: - Clarify your #Order ID and your name, email, shipping address to our customer service executive.

The product in below conditions shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this policy:

  • Product must not have any cut or being used or changed.
  • Customised orders will not be exchanged or returned for any issues.

While contacting us please include the following information:

  • Photos of packaging box front and back.
  • Invoice number and order ID.
  • Photo or video of defective items.

Note: - shipping charges will not be returned even if you have got free shipping. In that case shipping charges incurred by the company will be charged.

How will I be refunded for the return?

Refunds are not issued for returned orders. It will be given as store credit for your next purchase after we receive the goods back. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer.

Eindiawholesale quality checking and packaging team will inspect the return shipment upon receipt at our warehouse. After successful processing of return we will send you notification through email regarding refunded amount of returned products eligible for store credit for your next purchase. You can use the store credit within three months of receiving confirmation emails from eindiawholesale.

Applicable law:

Your order will be confirmed after we receive the payment and product availability status will also be checked after we receive the payment. 

There are chances that after you pay your order and products are not available against your order; in that case we provide you easy refunds, variation and adjustments as your requirement.

Terms of use shall be governed and interpreted and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Jaipur, India.
