As an e-commerce business, the most difficult thing for us is to earn the trust of our customers. Because it is difficult to judge the quality of a product just from its pictures. And believe us we understand this dilemma. That’s why our main focus is to provide high-quality products to our customers in good condition.

To make sure that our customers receive all the products in the right condition we follow a strict three-level process of quality check.


  First is when the products reach our warehouse. They come in bulk quantity and we have a team of 4 people who check every single piece for any fault. After that, they make two different sections. The first one is of all the correct products that go into further processing. The second section is of all the faulted jewellery which are sent back to get them fixed or for a remake.

✅  The second step is when the products are being made live on the website. There we have a team of 2 people who measure and enter all the details of the product like size, color and weight on the website and also do a quick quality scan for any broken product.

✅ And the third and last level is while packing your order. Before packing all the products together every item is scanned thoroughly for any default. And then we pack the order with the protection of thermocol, foam & bubble sheets to avoid any breakage during the transit.


The only step that is not in our hands is when the product is shipped from our side and till it reaches your doorstep. We cannot control any damage that happens during transit. The least we can do is to choose the logistic team that is best in the business and for that, we have already partnered with DHL that makes sure that you receive your parcel at your doorstep in the best condition possible.


We provide exactly what you see on the website. All the products that you order from us are true to their picture and are sent in perfect quality.
