Cancellation & Return Policy
Eindiawholesale.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched / shipped at our end.
- There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Eindiawholesale.com marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
How can I cancel my Order?
You can cancel your order until it has not been shipped. There will be 5% cancellation charges applicable as the payment gateway fee is not refunded by payment gateway companies. Orders cannot be canceled once it's been shipped and the AWB number has been generated.
We are committed to give you products with best design and quality. We do check all the items manually to ensure that you won’t get any kind of defective or damaged product and to maintain the quality.
We believe in complete customer satisfaction and try our best you do not need to return any products but on any occasion you may need this policy.
In such sort of situations, when you want to return we suggest you to check your complete order by yourself on arrival and do let us inform about the damaged or defective products within 3 days of the delivery. We will address your issue regarding refund and replacement within 2 working days.
Following are our after sales protection terms by which we will address your after purchase issues.
1.Missing Product –
We check twice your order before shipping to confirm we have sent you all items listed in your invoice. So please kindly double check quantity you have received. Sometimes any item gets pressed by another item. Finally if you confirm missing item in your order, please check your parcel whether it is delivered to you in good condition. Please inform us the quantity and real weight of parcel you have received. In such case we will check our log file to determine any discrepancy in quantity what you have been sent and quantity what has been marked with us. If we find any mistake from our side, we will refund you full amount of that missing item.
2.Defective and Damaged Product –
If there is some minor defect in product like some of the stones are not fixed properly or they are out due to long distance transport we will suggest you to fix them at your end we will provide you some extra stones and some store credit as per our mutual discussion.
If there is some major defects or damage happens please let us inform with the image of that product in 3 days of delivery then we will decide that whether we will replace that product or to issue refund for that. We don’t prefer to have goods been returned to us due to high cost of return shipping but you need to return the product back to us and return shipping has to be paid by buyer.
Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be in original condition with all its original packing .
We will examine the item upon receipt at our warehouse and ship the correct item back to you , if there is genuine defect or damage we will bear shipping charges (from us to you ) but if found nothing wrong with the returned product, buyer will be responsible for shipping (from us to you ). We will not be responsible for return shipping charges (from you to us)
Return because of the delivery/customs/duties
If parcel is returned to us due to wrong/incorrect address or buyer refuses the parcel to accept due to any customs/duties/ taxes/octroi as per their land laws or for any other reason, both the shipping charges as well as payment for goods will not be refunded in any case.
Please follow these care instructions: Avoid exposure to heat and chemicals such as perfume, deodorant, and alcohol. Gently clean your jewelry with a dry cotton cloth, and always store it in an airtight container after use.
Kindly note that artificial jewelry is delicate, and mishandling or neglecting these care instructions may result in damage to your jewelry. Therefore, if it is found that the care instructions have not been followed, we regret that we will not be able to accept returns. 3.Wrong Product Received –
If you receive products different then you ordered do let us inform about that along with pictures of item received within 3 days of receiving shipment, we will refund you or replace them free of cost.
Do you accept returns if we don’t like the products?
I am sorry we don’t accept returns on this ground as we try our best to give best possible description of products.

1.All the refunds will be issued in the form of our store credit.(rewards Point) and it can be used as a reward point for the next purchase.
2.For international shipments all the custom duty, import charges and any other taxes will be paid by buyer only.
3.Size of the product may vary a little bit for that we will not be liable for any replacement or refund
4.Shipping charges for return will be paid by buyer only.
