Question-1:- How do I place an order?

To place on order on our website first step is to register with your complete details. Second step is to add products in your cart which you want to buy. Once the total cart value meets our minimum order requirement (for India INR 5000 and for International orders USD 100) you can Check-out with the available payment options.

Question-2:- How long does it take for me to get my order?

We have all items ready in stock and we ship them within two working days of receiving clear payments. We use reputed couriers to ship the products and it takes maximum five to seven working days to get delivered to your doorstep under normal conditions.

Question-3:- What is your minimum order?

Minimum order value for Indian customers is INR 5000 and for International customers it is USD 100.

Question-4:- How can the order be treated as a confirmed order, Any advance payment required?

We have two types of payment processes. First process is, purchase from our website directly which products are showing on our website. Add products in cart, checkout and make payment and after payment we will dispatch the order.

Second process is, if you have requirement for the products which are not currently available on our website. Then inform us. We will charge 50% payment before manufacturing of the required products and remaining 50% once the products are ready for dispatch.

Question-5:- Can I order more items than what are currently in stock?

Yes you can do that but you have to contact us for the same.

Question-6:- How do I check the status of my order?

In order the check the current status of your order you need to got to My Account and check under My orders tab. You will find here all the details pertaining to your previous orders.

Question-7:- What is the cancellation Process?

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched / shipped at our end.

2. There will not be any cancellation if the order has been dispatched / shipped.

3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Eindiawholesale.com marketing team has obtained for special Festival occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Question-1:- What is your return policy?

We follow a strict 3 days return policy. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We only accept return requests for products with manufacturing defects. Other than the manufacturing defect no other condition shall be considered for return request, as the margins at which we work is minimal so as to provide the customers best possible price.

when you may receive a defective product which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products and replace the same in your future orders or refund the amount once we receive the defective product back. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Please make a Video when you unpack your received parcel, we need full video when you complain about any damage or short quantity of products

you have to return the defective product back to us, only then will we replace / refund the amount.


We replace the defective product in you future orders parcel. So that you do not incur extra shipping cost.

All our order processing is system generated and inventory is managed through software. So we cannot add more products to your order

How can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order until it has not been shipped. There will be 5% cancellation charges applicable as the payment gateway fee is not refunded by payment gateway companies. Orders cannot be canceled once it's been shipped and the AWB number has been generated.

Do I have to pay customs or duty or any kind of tax at the time of delivery ?

There are some sorts of taxes which are beyond our control. They do vary according to the different guidelines in different countries must be paid by buyer directly. Those custom duties, import taxes, Octroi etc. are not included in the order processing but your country officials may charge you those.

How is the quality of Products?

we check each piece and pack very carefully before shipping but there may be some stones and beads fall during transit due to shakes and jerks that you can easily fix but if there is any major damage, please send us images to our WhatsApp team +91-733-990-3357 and we will give you a replacement with your next order Parcel opening video is must for any complaints.
