Gender equality is not a choice but a fundamental right that is necessary for the betterment of the world. In the last few decades little or more progress is done. More girls are getting education, less girls are forced into marriage, and more women are given equal opportunities. But there is still a long way to go, a lot more steps need to be taken and a lot more people need to make aware. In this journey of making world a better place to live in especially for girls and women Eindiawholesale has also taken a step for empowering women.

Eindiawholesale is a company for women, we sell products that are for women and our 80% of the customer base is female. And we believe that presence of women is important not only at home but in a business too. We as a company provide equal opportunities to our male and female staff, no difference in the pay checks creating a healthy work environment. With that we have also given employment to those girls who are in a much need for it. They work here with dignity and respect, and earn the money of their hard work. Even in tough times like covid-19 our company didn’t fire any employee and even took care of the food, vaccination or any other necessity.

 We believe that the role women pay in the overall economy of the world is neglected and is never appreciated. Most of the people are not even aware what role a woman plays in order for you to live a lavish lifestyle. Let us tell you that.

You may or may not be aware the clothes you wear or the designer bag you carry, reaches you through a global supply chain. And a major part of that chain which are the labor intensive jobs contains 60-90% of women, who suffer more than anyone else. Women in these areas go through system discrimination, inequality, discriminatory hiring, unequal pay and even sexual harassment. 

And if even half of the women work force decides to stop working than it will lead to reduced product quality, low productivity and turnover hence leading to the downfall of the businesses and with that downfall of the global economy.

Women fight a new battle every day, proving themselves, working hard managing their responsibilities and achieving their dreams. They could do it all from the very start but now its high time that we stop coming in their way and let them carve their own castles.

Eindiawholesale gives that opportunity to women so that they can pull themselves out of the vicious circle of toxic masculinity and create an identity of their own, ensuring empowerment of women.
